The Audemars Piguet 25654ST Reference 25654 replaced the first Royal Oak Perpetual calendar reference 25554 in 1987 – 851 examples were made until 1998; 430 pieces in yellow gold 315 pieces in steel 68 pieces in steel and gold 38 in platinum. The 25654 It differs from the 25554 in that it has a slightly thicker case thickness (8.25mm vs the 7.5mm of ref. 25554) which was meant to improve its water resistance capabilities. The present reference 25654ST is a must have for any Royal Oak collector. It has the rare Mark I dial and it comes in stunning condition with the original winding box and papers – in addition it was last serviced by AP in 2019 |
